A new Performance Advisor for PTC Windchill utility has been introduced to collect and send diagnostic data to PTC.

The Performance Advisor for PTC Windchill utility validates the user identity using the Service Contract Number (SCN) and login credentials. You can then configure the utility to collect diagnostic data periodically and send it to PTC. You can also download the data locally and review it before sending the data to PTC.
