User Management and Access Control

Configurations documented in this section apply to entire Experience Services, not individual experiences. Therefore permissions allowed or denied will be applied to all resources contained within the Experience Service.
User administration for Vuforia Studio can be done in the ThingWorx instance that is associated with your Experience Service. The following out-of-the-box ThingWorx user groups can be leveraged to provide Vuforia Studio and Vuforia View users the ability to publish and consume experiences.
User Group
Description
Administrators
Users in the Administrators group have the ability to:
• Publish experiences
• View published experiences
• View Experience Service logs
• Download Experience Service logs
Developers
Users in the Developers group have the ability to:
• Publish experiences
• View published experiences
Users
Users in the Users group have the ability to view published experiences.
