Configuring Data Service Notifications
You can set custom success and error messages when a service executes successfully or fails to execute. The notifications appear as status messages during run time.
To enable data service notifications in a mashup, do the following:
1. Select a data service from the Data panel.
2. In the Data Properties panel, click the Configure icon. The Configure Service dialog opens.
3. Under Service Notifications, select the following:
◦ Show Success Notifications—Displays a notification when the service succeeds.
◦ Show Error Notifications—Displays a notification when the service fails.
Optionally, type a custom message or select a localization token.
4. Click Done.
