Create User
Use this action to create a new user in your JIRA account.
Complete the following steps to use the Create User action in your workflow:
1. Drag the Create User action under the JIRA connector to the canvas, place the pointer on the action, and then click or double-click the action. The Create User action window opens.
2. Edit the Label, if needed. By default, the label name is the same as the action name.
3. To add a JIRA connection refer to Add JIRA Connection.
If you previously added a connection for JIRA, select it from the list.
4. In the Email ID field, enter the email ID of the user.
5. In the Display Name field, enter the full name of the user.
6. Click Show additional fields.
7. In the Password field, enter the password. You may set this field later. This field is ignored when you are working with JIRA cloud.
8. Click Done.
