Collection of Feature Usage Data for a Session
PTC Diagnostic Tools utility collects the following information about the features used in a Creo session.
Data About the Commands
Data
Description
Count
Lists the number of times each command was used in a session.
Mode
Modes of Creo, such as, sketcher, part, assembly, and so on.
Ribbon
Lists the name of the ribbon for each command that was used in a session.
Data About the Ribbon
Data

Time
Lists the time for which each ribbon is active in the session.
Data About the Files
Data
Description
File extension
Extension of the file open in the session.
Actions
Action performed on a file. For example, actions such as open, save, import, and export.
File version
Version of the retrieved file.
Count
Number of times an action was performed on a file.

Name
Name of the Creo feature used.
Actions
Action performed on the Creo feature.
Count
Number of times an action was performed on a feature.
Data About 3D Printer
Data
Description
Vendor
Name of the manufacturer of the 3D printer.
SDK version
SDK version of the 3D printer.
Printer model
Model of the 3D printer.
Print status
Indicates if 3D printing was successful.
Data About Creo TOOLKIT Applications
Data
Description
TK Name
Name of the TOOLKIT application.
Is it internal
Indicates if the TOOLKIT application is provided by PTC.
Method
Indicates if the TOOLKIT application runs synchronously or asynchronously.
API
Mode in which the TOOLKIT application was created, DLL or IPC.
Status
Indicates if the TOOLKIT application is launched.
Data About Floating License
Data
Description
Name
Name of the floating license.
Count
Number of times user requested for the floating license.
Status
Indicates if user was able to get the floating license.

Data
Description
Workspace files action
Lists all the actions performed on files in each workspace.
Workspace size
Lists the size of each workspace that are active in the session.
Server cache size
Lists the cache size of the server that are active in the session.
Server time connection
Time for which the server is connected in the session.
Data About Menu Manager
Data
Description
Name
Name of the menu manager.
Pushed Item
Name of the selected items in the menu manager.
Count
Number of times the items were selected in the menu manager.
Data About User Interface
Data
Description
X, Y, Width, Height
The width and height of the screen and application.
The X and Y coordinates of the application.
Touch
Indicates if the screen is a touchscreen.
VM Machine
Indicates if the machine is a virtual machine.
Remote
Indicates if the machine is a remote machine.
System DPI
The Dots per Inch (DPI) value of the machine screen.
SW DPI
The Dots per Inch (DPI) value of the software application.
Number of secondary display
Number of displays except the primary display.
Data About Simulation Live
The following Simulation Live data is collected for every model that is analyzed in a session.

Type of model which was analyzed. For example, part, assembly, and so on.
Analysis type
Type of analysis, for example, structural, thermal, and so on.
Analysis duration
Time required for each analysis type.
Status
Indicates if the analysis was successful for each analysis type.
Solve failure duration
If the analysis fails, the time taken by the solver to send the status for each analysis type.
Number of Solver Success Calls
Number of successful calls from solver for each analysis type.
AVGSolveSuccessDuration
Average time for successful analysis by solver for each analysis type.
Minimum Solver Success Duration
Minimum time for successful analysis by solver for each analysis type.
Maximum Solver Success Duration
Maximum time for successful analysis by solver for each analysis type.
Model Analysis Types
Lists all the types of analysis performed on the model.
Data About ModelCHECK
Data
Description
User name
Name of the user associated with the ModelCHECK data. The user name is anonymized.
Model
Unique ID of the part, assembly, or drawing. The unique ID is anonymized.
Time or Date
Time or date of the sessions when the checks were performed.
Model type
Type of model which was checked. For example, part, assembly, or drawing.
ModelCHECK Initialization Checks
Checks performed during ModelCHECK initialization:
Check name, for example, LAYER_DTM_BLANK.
Check status, for example, Error, Warning, Success, Info.
Number of errors or warnings found for a check.

The mode in which ModelCHECK was run:
