Collection of General Data for a Session
PTC Diagnostic Tools utility collects the following general data for a session:
Data About the Product

Description
Host ID
MAC address of the host machine, if Creo is configured with a node-locked license file. Otherwise the field is blank.
User ID
User name in encrypted format.
SCN
Service Contract Number of the organization.
Release
The release version of Creo.
MOR
The maintenance release version of Creo.
Date code
The maintenance release version of Creo.
License name
Licenses available with the user for Creo.
License type
Type of license. For example, commercial version and floating license.
License server
Details of server machine that hosts the license.
Platform version
Version of Creo Platform Agent.
Platform
Indicates if the computing platform of the user machine is 32 or 64 bit.
Installation type
Indicates how Creo was installed:
0 indicates a local installation of Creo.
1 indicates a network installation of Creo.
Graphics mode
Details about the graphical interface.
Locale
Language in which Creo is launched.
Exit logger server
Indicates if Creo is configured with an exit logger server. It retrieves the server URL.
Windchill server
Details of machine that hosts the Windchill server.

Host name of the machine. This information is not collected by default.
User name
Name of the user, which is anonymized.
Domain name
Domain name of machine. This information is not collected by default.

Available free space in the disk in GB.

Information about the file system of the disk.

Details about the installed Visual Basic application, which includes name, vendor, and version information.

Details about the Operating System, which includes name, service pack, vendor, and version information.
OS locale
Language of the installed Operating System.
Indexing services
Indicates if Windows indexing service is On.
Animate control
This is a Windows registry setting. Checks if animate control is enabled in the registry file.
Animate Windows
This is a Windows registry setting. Checks if animation is disabled, when windows are resized.
Fade menu
This is a Windows registry setting. Checks if animation setting for popup menu is On.

Manufacturer
Name of the manufacturer of the user machine.
Platform type
Checks if the computing platform of the user machine is 32 or 64 bit.
System
Model name of the user machine.
Processor manufacturer
Name of the manufacturer of the user machine processor.
CPU
Details about CPU.
Number of cores
Number of cores in the CPU.
Speed MHz
Speed of the processor.
L2 Cache KB
Memory size of L2 cache in KB.
RAM MB
Total RAM of the machine in MB.
3GB Switch
Checks if 3GB switch is enabled.
SWAP GB
Memory size of the swap space. Swap space is used for paging.

Graphics card
Details of the graphics card.
AERO enabled
Checks if Windows Aero is enabled. Windows Aero is a GUI interface.
Graphics card name
Name of the graphics card along with vendor and version details. For example, NVIDIA RTX QUADRO 4000.
Graphics card driver version
Graphics card driver version. For example, 461.72.
Graphics card memory
Memory on the graphics card in MB.
Screen resolution
Resolution of the screen.
System colors
System color in bit.
Data About Peripheral Devices

DVD
Indicates if the user machine has DVD ROM.
CDROM
Indicates if the user machine has CD ROM.
Mouse type
Type of mouse, for example, wireless, trackball, and so on.
Number of monitors
Number of monitors attached to the user machine.
Printer
Name of the printer along with vendor and version details.
Data Collected by Exit Logger
Data
Description
User name
Login name of the user.
Machine name
Name of the machine where Creo session is launched.
PID
The process ID of Creo (xtop.exe) in Windows Task Manager.
Exit code (end digit 0 for start and 1 for regular end)
Exit code of Creo when session closes.
Application name
Name of the Creo application. For example, Creo_Parametric, Creo_Direct, and so on.
Date
Date when the Creo session started.
Time
Time when the Creo session started.
Version
Version of Creo. For example, 1.0, 2.0, 3.0, and so on.
Date code
The release date code of Creo. For example, F000, M010, M020, 5.0.4.0, and so on.
Creo Language
Locale setting of Creo. For example, usascii for English, French, Japanese, and so on.
Platform
Checks if the computing platform of the user machine is 32 or 64 bit.
Idle time
Time for which Creo session was idle. Idle time is calculated as Total time- Actual run time.
Windchill workspace name
Name of the Windchill workspace. If no workspace is active in the session returns NONE.
Primary Windchill server name
Name of the Windchill server, if configured. If no server is configured returns NONE.
Windchill server version
Version of Windchill. For example, 11.1. Returns NONE if Creo does not interact with Windchill. The field is updated when Creo interacts with a different server.
Windchill server cps
Critical patch release of Windchill. For example, F000-CPS01. Returns NONE if Creo does not interact with Windchill.
Windchill server date code
Release date code of Windchill. For example, 11.2.3.1. Returns NONE if Creo does not interact with Windchill.
Trail file name
Name of the Creo trail file.
Traceback.log name
Name of the Creo trailback file.

Step name
Name of the reconstruction step which was active during the session.
Successes, warnings, and failures
Counters for each possible status of the reconstruction step during the session.
GD Errors
Error type
Type of the error on the Generative tree.
Counter
Number of times the error was generated during the session.
GD Optimizations
Success
Number of successful optimizations.
Failures
Number of failed optimizations.
AvgSuccDuration
Average duration of successful optimizations.
MaxSuccDuration
Maximum duration among the successful optimizations.
MinSuccDuration
Minimum duration among successful optimizations.
GD Results
Master part
Number of times the GD feature was extracted to the current part during the session.
New part
Number of times the GD feature was extracted to a new part during the session.
Geometry only
Number of times when only geometry was saved when the GD feature was extracted to a new part.
Active Design Criteria
The design criteria, such as objectives and constraints, that were active when the GD feature was extracted.
