SD_FILING_ALL_INSTANCE_FILES tells OneSpace Designer to write instance
and contents files for every object (as in pre-release 4.0).

This action has no options.
This command should be entered at the beginning of the session
and entered once only.
Note the following:
- The command must be entered on the user input line or put into the
pesd_customize
file.
- The default setting is inactive.
- Changing the setting is not maintained in the environment file.
- Backwards compatibility cannot be switched off - the change
is permanent.
Advantages:
- Users can continue working with the pre-4.0 release filing method.
- All information is preserved.
Disadvantages:
- More files are written (compared to new structure).
- Once switched on, this mode cannot be switched off without exiting
OneSpace Designer.
- Different file names may be generated (because contents names are used
to create default file names for contents files).

Note
This command is not part of an environment file as written by the
SAVE_ENVIRONMENT action.
