MEASURE_VEC_3D interrupt action

MEASURE_VEC_3D measures the distance and direction between two points or takes a distance and direction explicitly.

Options

This action has no options.

When to use

Use this action to measure a 3D vector. For example, translating a part or workplane requires a 3D vector.

Example

The following parameter sequence measures a 3D vector.

MEASURE_VEC_3D :TWO_PTV [specify from point] [specify to point]

The distance and direction between the two points is displayed in the Vector 3D Output field.
