1. At the bottom of the Delete Viewables window, click Filter. The Filter Viewables dialog box opens.

2. To filter items by name, select Names, and then type then name to include or exclude in the Text field.

3. To filter items by part name, select Part names and then type a part name to include or exclude in the Text field.

4. To filter viewables by type, select Only viewables of types and then select the required types from the Type list.

5. Select Make Default to save the current filter settings across multiple sessions.

6. Click OK. The filters are applied.
