Use the Interference Track Tools ribbon or the shortcut menu in the 
Keyframe Editor to inspect and comment on dynamic interference tracks:

Skip to Start—Resets the animation to the start of the selected interference. Play to End—Plays the selected interference only.
Collapse All Others—Keeps the current interference expanded, and collapses the other tracks in the animation.
Insert Comment—Adds a comment. The comment appears as a tooltip for the interference.
