Monitoring an Analysis or Design Study Run
After you create an analysis or design study and start the run, use the Analyses and Design Studies dialog box to monitor the progress of the run. You can view the status window as the run progresses and also check for errors and messages.
Use the Analyses and Design Studies dialog box to do the following:
Check the status of the analysis and design studies indicated by the following icons:
—running
—run failed
—run completed
—run stopped
Open the Run Status dialog box by selecting the Info > Status menu option or by clicking on the toolbar. On the Run Status dialog box you can view the following:
The run status of an analysis.
The summary, log, or checkpoint files for a run by selecting the Summary, Log, or Checkpoints tabs, respectively, on the Run Status dialog box.
The Diagnostics Messages for the selected analysis.
Graphs showing convergence plots for nonlinear analyses.
Review the history of shape change of your model for an optimization study using the Info > Optimize History menu option. You can use Optimize History to overwrite your Creo Parametric part with the optimized shape developed in Creo Simulate.
