ThingMarks, in addition to spatial targets, are supported.

What is the benefit of this enhancement?
In Creo Parametric 5.0.3.0 and later, there is support for ThingMarks.
Creo Parametric supports two targets for AR experiences:
• Spatial targets, introduced in Creo Parametric 5.0.1.0
• ThingMarks, introduced in Creo Parametric 5.0.3.0
Placing ThingMarks is similar to placing spatial targets. Modify the width of the ThingMark in Creo Parametric to match the width of the printed ThingMark. The AR model is then projected in relation to the physical ThingMark.

Configuration options associated with this functionality:
The configuration option, publish_personal_ar, is available. Values for this configuration option are described below:
• yes—You can publish AR experiences to the free, Personal Experience Service. In the Publish Experience Model dialog box, Personal is available in the Publish To list. This is the default.
• no—You cannot publish AR experiences to the free, Personal Experience Service. In the Publish Experience Model dialog box, Personal is not available in the Publish To list. You can still publish to any Premium Experience Service to which you have access. If you do not have access to a Premium Experience Service, an error message appears when attempting to publish.
