To Perform a Carrying Analysis

Creo Manikin > Analyses > Carrying Analyses > To Perform a Carrying Analysis

You must have at least one active manikin in the scenario to follow this procedure.

1. Click Manikin >

Carrying (Snook) Analysis. The Carrying Analysis dialog box opens.

2. Select a manikin.

3. Type or select values for the following parameters:

◦ Distance of travel—Distance the load is carried.

◦ Frequency—Carry per unit of time.

◦ Current weight—Weight of the load.

4. Click Compute.

5. Review the results.

6. Save the analysis or add it to the Model Tree as a feature.

These analyses are based on public domain statistics. Bear in mind that some extreme postures may not be recognized or may not provide reliable results when used in an analysis.
