About Nets
A group of conductive components and quilts forms a net. These components and quilts are treated as a single object during the electrical Clearance and Creepage Analysis . You can select conductive components and quilts in an assembly model to create a net.
All components with Comparative Tracking Index (CTI) of 0 are conductive. You should assign appropriate CTI to all components in the assembly before creating a net. Otherwise, Creo Parametric treats the components as conductive components.
Each net has a unique name. Creo Parametric treats each net as a single object for the Clearance and Creepage Analysis . You must specify the names of all the nets in the clearance and creepage file.
