Creo Parametric lets you place drafting symbols on a 3D model. A symbol can be attached directly to a surface or other entity, or attached by leaders. It will be graphically presented as if on a plane parallel to the referenced Annotation plane, which you select when you place the symbol. The symbol orientation stays constant with the plane as the plane rotates with the model.
