To Insert a Predefined Shape
1. On the
Design tab, click
Shapes. The
Shapes dialog box opens.
2. To preview an object, click the thumbnail image. The object appears in the window.
3. To place an object in the center of the graphics window, double-click the thumbnail. The object is inserted.
4. To place an object manually, drag the thumbnail into the graphics window. The object is inserted at the specified location.
