1. In an open part model, point to an entity in the graphics window. The entity is highlighted.

2. Query and select entities.

a. Right-click the graphics window and click Pick From List to open the Pick From List dialog box. Entities directly under the pointer from top to bottom are listed in the dialog box.

b. Scroll the list using the scroll wheel. The entities that you point to are highlighted in the graphics window.

c. Click an entity.

3. To create a selection set, hold down the CTRL key and click multiple entities. The number of selected entities are listed on the status bar.

4. Double-click the area listing the selection to open the Selected Items dialog box. The names of all the entities in the selection set are listed in the dialog box.

5. View the selection list and remove entities if required.
