Selection Mechanism for Models with Shaded and No Hidden Line Styles
In Creo Direct part mode, for models displayed in shaded and no hidden line styles, the filter setting controls the selection of items below the pointer.
• If the filter is set to All, the items highlighted for preselection with the same z-depth direction are selected in the following order: vertex, datum point, edge, datum axis, datum, Csys, sketch or curve, datum plane, sketch region, surface, quilt, part, and assembly.
• If no items in the foreground match the filter setting, items matching the filter setting with the same z-depth direction are selected in the background.
