To Add and Assign a Material to a Model

Creo Direct > Designing in the Creo Direct Environment > Working with Model Properties > To Add and Assign a Material to a Model

1. Click File > Prepare > Model Properties. The Model Properties dialog box opens.

2. Click change at the bottom-right corner. The Materials dialog box opens.

◦ The Materials in Library list displays all the materials in the default material directory in the Creo Direct load point.

◦ The Materials in Model list displays the list of materials in the model.

3. To assign a material, select the material to assign from the Materials in Model list.

4. Click

or click File > Assign. A red arrow precedes the name of the material in the Materials in Model list.
