Dynamically change the active viewport light
*
The following refers only to viewport lighting, and not to the light studios of the Creo Elements/Direct Rendering Module.
1. Right-click in the viewport and select Light Properties. The Lights: vport1 dialog box opens.
2. Type the number of the active light you wish to adjust in the Light field.
3. Click Dynamic. A second Lights: vport1 dialog box opens and displays the following components:
One to nine buttons (depending on type of active light).
Row of numbers corresponding to each of the buttons.
Horizontal sliding bar.
The bottom row of buttons, numbers 1, 2, and 3, represent the x, y, and z axes of the viewport.
The middle row of buttons, numbers 4, 5, and 6, represent the x, y, and z rotational axes of the viewport.
The top row of buttons, numbers 7, 8, and 9, represent brightness, cone angle, and spot power.
4. Click the number corresponding to the property you wish to change.
5. Click and slide the horizontal bar to change the active light's properties.
6. Click to complete the operation.

You should only use the dynamic option for approximate changes to a light's properties.
