Copy the mixed display mode from one part to another
To copy the mixed display mode from one part to another,
1. Click Structure and then, in the Part & Assembly group, click More.
2. Click Part in the Properties section. The Part Properties dialog box opens.
3. Select a part from the viewport.
4. Click the Appear pane on the Part Properties dialog box.
5. Click Mixed Display. The Mixed Display dialog box opens.
6. Click Copy.
7. Select the part or assembly whose mixed display mode you want to copy.
8. Select the part or assembly you want to change.
9. Close the Mixed Display dialog box.
You must click Mixed in the Show dialog box to see the display mode settings in your viewport. When Mixed is clicked, it overrides the Show settings Shaded, Wire, Edged, Hidd Dimm, and Hidd Supp.
To copy the mixed display mode throughout an assembly,
1. Click Structure and then, in the Part & Assembly group, click More.
2. Click Part in the Properties section. The Part Properties dialog box opens.
3. Select a part from the viewport.
4. Click the Appear pane in the Part Properties dialog box.
5. Click Mixed Display. The Mixed Display dialog box opens.
6. Click Propagate.
7. Select the assembly whose mixed display mode you want copied. The mixed display mode settings are copied to the assembly's children.
8. Close the Mixed Display dialog box.
