Merge faces or edges
To merge faces by removing all imprinted edges,
1. Click Modeling and then, in the Modify 3D group, click More.
2. Click
Merge in the
Tools section. The
Merge dialog box opens.
3. Click Parts to select a part or click 3D Elem to select an edge or face.
4. Click on the part to be changed; hold the Shift key to select multiple parts.
5. Click
to complete the operation.
To merge edges by removing vertices,
1. Click Modeling and then, in the Modify 3D group, click More.
2. Click
Merge in the
Tools section. The
Merge dialog box opens.
3. Click 3D Elem.
4. Click the unwanted vertex.
5. Click
to complete the operation.
