Delete a custom process or face set feature
When you delete a face set feature, you can filter the selection based on the feature category or type.
To delete a face set feature,
1. Click
Feature and then, in the
Custom Feature group, click
Delete. The
Delete Features dialog box opens.
| To open the Delete Features dialog box, you can select a feature in the viewport and: • Click on the Command Mini Toolbar (CMT) or • Right-click and choose Delete Custom Feature from the context menu. |
2. Select one of the following options to Include or Exclude features:
◦ By Category: Click By Category to open the Custom Process browser. Choose a category from the browser.
◦ By Type: Click By Type to open the Custom Process browser. Choose a type from the browser.
◦ Ref. Feat: Select a feature in the viewport or Structure Browser. All feature of the same type are selected.
◦ All: Delete all custom process features and face set features.
3. Select OpenRef to remove the object even if an open reference (a missing part of a part group feature) exists.
4. Select With geo to remove the face set feature's geometry.
5. Click
to complete the operation.
