Create geometry text
1. Click Modeling and then, in the Modify 2D group, click More.
2. Click
Text to Profile in the
Tools section. The
Geom Text dialog box opens.
3. Type the text in the text input box, and click
(
Apply).
4. Specify the following:
◦ Position: Specifies the lower left-corner of the text string. You can click a point in the workplane to define the position.
◦ Base Angle: Specifies the angle between the text base line and the U-axis of the current workplane
◦ Text Size: The size of the text in current units.
◦ Font: The font used to create the text. You can select any loaded font.
5. Click
OK
to complete the operation.
