Show view contents
You can display certain aspects of any view in your drawing. The View Contents table consists of several columns of data concerning each component part of the selected view. To access the table, click the Contents button on the General pane of the View Properties dialog box.
The information shown includes the following:
Name
The name of the component. In this column, all object names are displayed that belong to the view set owner of the selected view.
Type
Indicates whether the object is a solid part, a face part, a wire part, an empty part, a workplane, or a coordinate system.
Component
Indicates if the object is a component of the view. For example, if you remove several parts from an assembly view, they would be labeled No in this column.
Displayed
Indicates if the object is displayed in the view. For example, a part would be labeled No if it were completely hidden in the view (that is, the view contains no geometry of the part), or if it were not inside a detail view.
Secured
Indicates if the object has been secured from sectioning. Yes would indicate that the object is secured either globally or within the view; No would indicate that the object is not secured, or that it is secured globally but not within the view.
Screw/Thread
Indicates if the object is a threaded part created or modified with Part Library, sd-define-thread, or Creo Elements/Direct Machining. Yes would indicate either an outer or an inner thread.
Pressfit
Indicates if the object has been marked as a pressfit part. For new parts the value is No, by default.
Hidden
Indicates if hidden geometry is visible. Yes indicates that hidden lines are visible. No indicates that hidden lines are invisible.
Tangent
Indicates if tangent lines are visible. Yes indicates that tangent lines are visible. No indicates that tangent lines are invisible.
Geo Resol
The geometric resolution of the object.
DB-MasterData
Indicates if the object is associated with a database, such as Creo Elements/Direct Model Manager. If so, the MasterData identifier will be displayed.
DB-Document
Indicates if the part has an associated document in a database, such as Creo Elements/Direct Model Manager. If so, the document identifier will be displayed.
Lib Identifier
The identifier of a library object.
