About the Bill of Materials

Creo Expert Moldbase Extension > Bills of Material > About the Bill of Materials

The bill of materials is based on part and component parameter definitions.

• Click EMX Assembly >

Bill of Materials or click EMX Drawing Mode > Bill of Materials. The Bill of Materials dialog box opens. Use it to define part and component parameters before you start working on the design.

• To modify BOM parameters for a single part, click EMX Assembly >

Edit BOM Parameters. The Edit BOM Entry dialog box opens. Select a component in the current assembly to edit.

You can also define BOM parameters in the EMX Options dialog box.
