Datum Tag Placement in Drawings
Tag placement for set datums attached to Geometric Tolerances (GTOLs) is controlled by where you click on the GTOL to place the tag.

Benefits and Description
You can place the set datum tag on the top of the GTOL if you select the GTOL near the top during placement. You can attach it to the bottom if you select it near the bottom. If you prefer, you can still control tag placement by using the drawing setup option, gtol_datum_placement_default.
