This page has been created for your convenience as a guide to help ease the transition of Support Services to you, our valued PTC Kepware product customer. Please visit this page often to remain aware as we implement changes to our business systems for Kepware customers.
Technical Support Contact Information
Until all systems have been migrated to PTC, existing Kepware customers will continue to receive Technical Support from Kepware using existing web pages and telephone numbers. All customers will be notified when the transition is complete and will be given instructions on how to request Technical Support via PTC.
