NOTES |
Due to the inherent nature of LCD displays at high resolutions, you may find that Pro/ENGINEER datum planes and parts displayed in wireframe appear to flicker when being rotated. To mitigate the effect, we suggest the following: 1. disable datum plane display during rotation. You can do this in Utilities -> Options by setting spin_with_part_entities to "No" 2. enable smooth lines. You can do this in View -> Model -> Display -> Lines -> Smooth You can further reduce the apparent flickering by reducing the display resolution. Reducing the display resolution may appear to result in a minor quantification of color gradients. Thus Pro/ENGINEER's blended background may appear as a stack of slightly differently colored bands rather than as a smoothly varying color gradient. You can disable Pro/ENGINEER's blended background by selecting View -> Display settings -> System Colors -> Uncheck blended background.
All listed driver versions are PTC-certified or supported. Where multiple drivers for a specific graphics card are listed, PTC recommends you install the most recently certified driver. If no listed drivers are available, PTC recommends you install the latest driver available from the manufacturer.
