Server Requirements
The following table provides minimum recommended requirements for the computer on which the Windchill Risk and Reliability desktop application is installed. This computer is referred to as the application server. The person who installs or updates Windchill Risk and Reliability must be a Windows user with full administrative rights.

Web Server
Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) is required on the host that will run Windchill Risk and Reliability Web Services. For more information, see Enabling IIS and other Windows Features.
Application Platform
If not already present on the application server, the Setup program installs the following third-party software:
• Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8
• Microsoft Data Access Components (MDAC) 2.8
• Microsoft JET Database Engine 4.0
• MSXML 3.0
