Specifying a Second Grouping Criteria

The Second Group page provides for specifying whether you want to perform further grouping of the data.

1. Complete the Second Group page, referring to the following table for option descriptions.

Option	Description
Do not do any further grouping	When selected (default), no further grouping of records is performed. When you click Next, the Filter page appears.
Group the records by a data field	When selected, further grouping of records is based on the values for a selected data field. When you click Next, the Group Records page appears.

2. Click Next. If Do not do any further grouping was selected, the Filter Data page appears. For information about completing it and subsequent pages, see Applying a Filter in the Graph Wizard.

If Group the records by a data field was selected, the Group Items page appears so that you can select the table and data field whose data values are used to group the records.

3. If the Group Records page appears, do the following:

a. Complete this page, referring to the following table for option descriptions.

Option	Description
Table type	The table containing the data field by which to group records. When selecting fields from foreign tables is permitted, multiple tables are available in the list. Foreign tables are related tables from which you can also select data fields.
Data field	The data field by which to group the records.

b. Click Next. the Filter Data page appears. For information about completing it and subsequent pages, see Applying a Filter in the Graph Wizard.
