FRACAS (Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System)
A FRACAS is an important process by which the reliability of a product, service, process, or software application is tracked, measured, and ultimately improved. A FRACAS must provide for accurately recording and analyzing significant incident information so that effective correction actions are quickly identified, implemented, and verified. Implementing a FRACAS benefits your business by enhancing revenue-generating activities, reducing warranty costs, increasing company reputation, and reducing cost/risk exposure throughout your organization.
