Viewing Existing Backup Files
You can view the backup files that exist for a file from the Project Properties window.
1. If the Project is not open in the Project Properties window, then open it. For more information, see Opening a Project in the Project Properties Window.
2. In the Project Properties pane, select the file.

In the Enterprise Edition, keeping around too many backups files in your database is detrimental to performance. This is especially true for System files because they contain lots of data. For example, when performing queries in a System file, these queries must parse over the data in all backups of the System file. Consequently, you should occasionally delete backup files that are no longer needed. For more information, see Deleting a Backup File.
