Source
|
The source from which to select email addresses or database fields. The choices from which you can select include the users and groups set up in the Administrator module and the email clients found on the application server. Examples of possible mail clients include Microsoft Outlook and the Windows Address Book. When Data Field is selected, you can insert database fields for To and CC when creating the email message. For more information, see Email Address Sources. The list associated with the selected source is shown in the table below this field.

Include all LDAP users
|
Indicates whether to limit the LDAP users shown when Windchill Risk and Reliability Users is selected as the source to include only those explicitly pulled into the Administrator application. When this checkbox is cleared (default), only LDAP users explicitly pulled in are included. When this checkbox is selected, all LDAP users in all LDAP groups that are pulled in are included.

Selected
|
A list of the users, groups, or email addresses to which to send the email message. The icon that appears to the left of a list entry indicates the email address source.

Provides for moving a table item for the source to the Selected list on the right. In addition, you can double-click a table item to move it to the Selected list.
