Optimizing Column Widths in a Table
You can optimize the width of all columns in a table using the Optimize Column Widths command.
1. Select > . A confirmation window opens because optimizing column widths for a large table can take several minutes.
2. Click Yes.
When you close the file, a window opens for indicating whether you want to save table layout changes. If you click Yes, your changes are saved to Table Format file. Changes made to Table Format files affect the table view for all users.
