Creating and Moving Folders and Files
The following procedure describes how to create System file folders and move System files and folders.
1. For each System file folder to create, do the following:
a. In the appropriate state of the Project Navigator or in the Project Properties window, place the mouse cursor over Systems, the System file, or the folder under which to insert a new folder.
b. Once the mouse cursor is properly positioned, right-click and select Create Folder. The Create Folder window opens.
c. For Folder name, enter the name for the folder.
d. Click OK. The folder is inserted beneath the selected item.
After you have created the folder structure, you can use the drag-and-drop technique to move a System file to a System file folder. You can also use this technique to move a System file folder to another System file folder.
Alternatively, you can move System files and folders using the Move to Folder command.
2. To move a System file or folder, use the drag-and-drop technique or, alternatively, do the following:
a. Right-click the file or folder to move and select Move to Folder. The Move to Folder window opens, showing the current hierarchy.
b. Select the folder in which to move the item and click OK. The file or folder is moved to this folder.

When using the Project Navigator, you might want to pin it in place prior to performing the above procedure. This keeps the Project Navigator from sliding out of view after the insertion of a folder or the move of a System file. For more information, see Pinning and Unpinning an Auto-Hide Window.
