Enable the Maintenance Library in the Maintainability module in the Windchill Risk and Reliability application to expose the MaintLibrary entity.

This is a required property. The value of the property is computed and is non-editable.
ProjectID
This is the ID of the project to which the MaintLibrary belongs.
This is a required property.
FileType
This specifies the file type of the MaintLibrary.
This is a required property.
