If the last observed data point in a non-parametric data set is a failure, it is not reported in the parametric data set, and a failure probability is not assigned to it. This is because the failure probability would be equivalent to 1, which is impossible in a parametric analysis and cannot be shown on the probability plot. When Total quantity is used, this can happen for other groups as well because the data points have no confidence bounds and cannot be exported to a valid parametric data set.
