Viewing Calculation Results for a Block

Once system-level results have been calculated for a block diagram, you can view the results calculated for an individual block on the Results and Cost pages in the block’s Calculation Properties window. For more information, see Block Calculation Properties.

1. In the diagram, double-click the block to open its Calculation Properties window.

Calculation results for the block appear on pages under Calculations.

2. On the Results page, review the results calculated for the block. For descriptions, see Calculations - Results Page.

3. On the Costs page, review the costs calculated for the block. For descriptions, see Calculations - Costs Page.

4. If the optimal number of onsite spares, offsite spares, or the replenishment level for this block has been calculated, on the Spares page, view the display-only values for results that now appear under Optimize.

5. If the optimal interval for one or more maintenance tasks for this block has been calculated, do the following:

a. On the Maintenance page, select the task in the table and click Edit Task. The task’s Maintenance Properties window opens.

b. On the Schedule page, view the display-only value that now appears for Optimized Interval.

c. When finished, click OK to close the task’s Maintenance Properties window.

6. When finished, click OK to close the block’s Calculation Properties window.
