Steps for Creating and Setting Up an RBD Diagram Library File
The following table provides guidance on the steps you take to create an RBD Diagram Library file. In addition to supplying general instructions and descriptions, this topic references other topics where appropriate. These referenced topic typically describes how to perform the actions indicated.
The actions in the following table are numbered to indicate that they are performed sequentially. To successfully set up and use an RBD Diagram Library file, you must complete these actions in the order in which they are listed.

Create the RBD Diagram Library file.
You create and open an RBD Diagram Library file in the same manner as any other file. Performing one of the procedures referenced in the next row also creates this file if no occurrences exist.

In the RBD Diagram Library file, insert entire diagrams or portions of diagrams.
In the RBD Diagram Library file, insert any diagram or selected diagram objects that you want to insert multiple times. For more information, see:

Specify the order in which to search enabled RBD Diagram Library files.
The order in which to search RBD Diagram Library files is specified in the Search Order window associated with the heading for this file type in the Project properties. For more information, see Setting the Search Order for System and Library Files.

Insert diagrams in enabled RBD Diagram Library files into the System file as needed.
