Equation Page
The
Equation page in the
View Calculation Results window displays the analytical equation used to compute reliability if you selected
Reliability equation on the
General page under
RBD in the
Calculate window. For more information, see
General Page.
If the Equation page does not display an equation, one of the following situations exists:
• Reliability equation was not selected on the General page prior to running RBD calculations.
• All results were simulated, which means that no analytical equation is available.
• The system level results being viewed are for a phase diagram rather than a block diagram.
In all of the above cases, the
Equation page displays the following message:
The reliability equation was not calculated. For additional information, see
Reliability Equations.
The
Equation page is similar to a status information window in that it provides buttons for saving the equation information to a local text file and printing it to your printer. For more information, see
Status Information Windows. However, on this particular page, clicking
Save As brings up the
Save Webpage window, where you can choose to save the equation to a supported file type:
• Webpage, complete (*.htm;*.html)
• Web Archive, single file (*.mht)
• Webpage, HTM only (*htmp;*.html)
• Text File (*.txt)
