When selected (default), blocks are inserted in a new RBD Block Library file. For Block Library, you specify the name to assign to this new file.
Update existing Block Library
When selected, blocks are updated in or added to the RBD Block Library file specified for Block Library.

When selected, the RBD Block Library file specified for Block Library is searched using the library identifier for the block in the active file. When a match is found, the block is updated to reflect the data for the library block.

When either update option is selected, a <Select file...> label is shown if you must select the file to update. Clicking the browse button for this field opens a selection window. Choices include all enabled RBD Block Library files. For more information, see Block Library File Selection Window.
