Entering 299C Integrated Circuits

When 299C is selected as the calculation model, the parameters that you must enter for an integrated circuit vary based on subcategories. This model supports the majority of subcategories for integrated circuits. The subcategories not supported are:

• Bubble Memory

• Custom

• GaAs Digital

• VHSIC/VLSI CMOS
