Specifying Header Information
You supply general information about control plans, and also DVPs, in a header window. This is the type of summary information that is found in a report header.
1. In the FMEA Table, select the FMEA for which to specify header information.
2. To open the appropriate Header window, do one of the following:
◦ To open the FMEA Control Plan Header window, select > .
◦ To open the FMEA DVP Header window, select > .

If the FMEA Table is not active, the command for opening the desired Header window might not be visible. When the FMEA Control Plans table is active, only the command for opening its Header window is visible. Likewise, when the FMEA DVPs table is active, only the command for opening its Header window is visible.

When the window opens, the selected FMEA is shown in the navigation control at the top of the window. If necessary, you can use it to select a different FMEA.

4. When finished, click OK.
