You can insert any number of DVPs in a System file. Two methods exist for inserting them.
• You can insert DVPs from FMEA records or global attributes. Using this method automatically associates the new DVP with the record from which it was inserted. For more information, see Inserting DVPs from FMEA Records or Global Attributes.
• You can insert DVPs directly in the FMEA DVPs table and then associate them with records later. For more information, see Inserting DVPs in the FMEA DVPs Table.
