Specifying Email Settings for the Workflow File
To send email messages, email account settings must be specified in the Email Settings window for the Workflow file. The email account specified for use in the desktop version of the Administrator application is the default. However, you can use a different email account.
If the Workflow file is not already open, then open it. You open this file in the same way as any other file.
1. Select > . The Email Settings window opens.
2. Complete each property page, referring to the following topics for more information:
3. On the Settings page, click Test Settings. An attempt is made to establish a connection with the mail server to verify the settings you have specified.
After a short delay, a window opens, indicating whether the test was successful.
4. Click OK. If the test has failed, make the necessary modifications and then repeat steps 3 and 4 until the test is successful.
5. When finished, click OK.
