Selecting Multiple Rows
You can select multiple rows in tables but not in trees. For example, you can select multiple rows and then delete, cut, copy, or move all of them at once. To select multiple rows, use one of the following techniques:
To select contiguous rows, click the selector for the first row and then press and hold down Shift while clicking the selector for the last row.
To select noncontiguous rows, click the selector for the first row and then press and hold down Crtrl while clicking the selector for each additional row.
To select all rows, select Edit > Select All Rows.
All selected rows are highlighted. You can then delete, cut, copy, or move all of these rows at once.
