Selecting Multiple Report Objects
Within a report section, you can select multiple objects in the Report Design file and then delete, cut, copy, or move all of them at once. You can also use the methods below to select multiple objects in a Form Design file or diagram.
To select multiple objects, do one of the following:
• Press and hold down Shift while clicking the objects to select.
• Click and drag to place a box around the objects to select.
• Select > to select all objects. While this command is available only in a Report Design or Form Design file, you can press Ctrl+A to select all objects in these files and in a diagram.
Once you select the appropriate objects, you can delete, cut, copy, or move them as described in the next several topics.
