The
Save File As window opens in several different situations. For example, it opens so you can save a copy of a
Team file. For more information, see
Using the ‘Save As’ Command. It also opens to save a temporary report, graph, or graph image that is being previewed to a permanent file for future use. For
Name, you specify the file name to assign. When you click
OK, the file is created and becomes available for selection in appropriate windows.
