Responding to the No Matches Window
When a filter is applied, it is possible that no matching table records are found. In such a case, the No Matches window opens by default.
When you click OK in this window, no records are shown in the table. If you select Do not show this message again prior to clicking OK, this window does not open the next time no record matches are found. Instead, only the empty table is shown.
Selecting Do not show this message again clears the General > Show empty filter message checkbox in the Options window. To have the No Matches window open once again, you must select Show empty filter message. For more information, see General User Options.
To quickly clear a filter that results in no matches, in the standard toolbar, select -- No Filter -- in the filter selection control. For more information, see Standard Toolbar.
